طالب مجلس الحراك الثوري الجنوبي مجلس الأمن ومحكمة الجنايات والمنظمات الحقوقية الدولية تصنيف ميليشيات المجلس الإنتقالي بالإرهابية لجرائمها ضد الإنسانية.
وأكد في بيان أصدره اليوم : لولا صمت مجلس الأمن والمنظمات الدولية لما كان لميليشيات الانتقالي أن تعبث بأبناء الجنوب .. فيما يلي نص البيان:
يدعو مجلس الحراك الثوري الجنوبي مجلس الامن والجمعية العامة للامم المتحدة ومحكمة الجنايات والمنظمات الانسانية الدولية لتصنيف ميليشيات المجلس الانتقالي بالارهابية لما تقوم به من جرائم ضد الإنسانية.
يدين مجلس الحراك الثوري الجنوبي باشد العبارات الممارسات والجرائم والاغتيالات والتصفيات التي تقوم بها ميليشيات الانتقالي التابعة للامارات بعد أن قامت بعرض جثث قتلاها على سيارات تجوب الشوارع والتمثيل بهم متجردة من كل القيم الانسانية والشرائع السماوية والاعراف القبلية والقوانين الدولية ، وكان اخرها التمثيل بجثث المواطن همام اليافعي في شبوة ونقله إلى ابين .
يؤكد مجلس الحراك الثوري الجنوبي أن ميليشيات الانتقالي المسلحة تجاوزت كل الحدود والقيم الانسانية تجاه مواطني عدن والمحافظات الجنوبية وانتهكت حقوقهم من خلال الاعتقالات والاخفاءات والاعدامات الخارجة عن القانون كما حدث مع المقدم علي عشال الجعدني وكيف تم بعد ذلك تهريب المتهم الأول بمكافحة الإرهاب وحمايته في الامارات المقر الدائم لرئيس المجلس الانتقالي مما يؤكد انها سياسة ممنهجة وليست أخطاء فردية وقد كشفت ووثقت التقارير المحلية والعربية والدولية عن العديد من الجرائم والانتهاكات والتصفيات التي تمت بصبغة داعشية ما يؤكد انخراط المئات من عناصرها ضمن ميلشيات المجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي وقد أوضحت قناة ال BBC في مقابلتها مع رئيس المجلس عيدروس الزبيدي ذلك .
ان الممارسات الارهابية والقمعية وحرمان أبناء عدن من حقوقهم الخدمية والتعليمية يندرج تحت بند التعذيب والقهر الانساني وهي جرائم تنفذ بحق المدنيين من قِبل المجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي بشقيه المدني والعسكري .
يؤكد مجلس الحراك الثوري الجنوبي ان ما يسمى بمجلس القيادة الرئاسي شريك أساسي في تنفيذ جرائم الميليشيات وهو من يشرع عملها من خلال تغاضيه وعدم محاسبة الجناة.
يعبر مجلس الحراك الثوري الجنوبي عن اسفة الشديد إزاء صمت المنظمات الدولية والإنسانية والحقوقية والمجتمع الدولي والجمعية العمومية ومجلس الامن والمفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان والجامعة العربية ومنظمة المؤتمر الاسلامي عن ما يدور في عدن والمحافظات الجنوبية ، أن السلطات المعترف بها دوليا الممثلة بمجلس القيادة الرئاسي والمكونات المنخرطة تحت جناحه بما فيهم المجلس الانتقالي أصبحت قنابل موقوتة تهدد الأمن والسلم في عدن وباب المندب وسيتجاوز خطرها لأبعد من ذلك بعد أن تمكنت السلطة القائمة من انشاء المئات من المراكز الدينية التابعة للسلفية الجهادية بمختلف مناطق وقرى ومديريات ومحافظات الجنوب الحضرية والبدوية ، وعليه يطالب مجلس الحراك الثوري الجنوبي الجميع بتشكيل وفد دولي لزيارة عدن والمحافظات الجنوبية وتفتيش السجون التابعة لميليشيات المجلس الانتقالي " العلنية والسرية " ومحاولة التواصل مع أسر المعتقليين والمخفيين ومن تم تصفيتهم والاستماع لشهادتهم.

The Southern Revolutionary Movement affirms: Had it not been for the silence of the Security Council and international organizations, the Transitional Council militias would not have been able to tamper with the people of the South. A warning is issued.

The Southern Revolutionary Movement Council calls on the Security Council, the United Nations General Assembly, the International Criminal Court, and international humanitarian organizations to classify the Transitional Council militias as terrorist organizations for the crimes they commit against humanity.
The Council strongly condemns the practices, crimes, assassinations, and extrajudicial killings carried out by the UAE-backed Transitional Council militias. These militias have paraded the bodies of their dead through the streets in vehicles and mutilated them, in a manner devoid of all human values, divine laws, tribal customs, and international conventions. The latest of these heinous acts was the public mutilation of the body of citizen Humam Al-Yafei in Shabwa and his subsequent transfer to Abyan.
The Council affirms that the armed militias of the Transitional Council have crossed all moral and human boundaries in their treatment of citizens in Aden and the southern governorates. They have violated basic rights through arbitrary arrests, enforced disappearances, and extrajudicial executions, as happened with Lieutenant Colonel Ali Ashal Al-Jaadani. The primary suspect in his case—originally tasked with counter-terrorism—was later smuggled and protected in the UAE, the permanent headquarters of the Transitional Council President. This confirms that these are not isolated incidents, but part of a systematic and deliberate policy.
Reports from local, regional, and international sources have documented numerous violations, killings, and acts carried out in an ISIS-like manner, confirming the involvement of hundreds of members affiliated with the Southern Transitional Council's militias. This was clearly highlighted in the BBC interview with Council President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi.
The Council stresses that the acts of terrorism, repression, and the denial of essential services and education to the people of Aden amount to torture and systemic human oppression—crimes perpetrated by the Transitional Council in both its civilian and military wings.
Furthermore, the Council holds the so-called Presidential Leadership Council equally responsible for these crimes, as it provides legitimacy to the militias’ actions through its silence and failure to hold perpetrators accountable.
The Southern Revolutionary Movement Council expresses deep regret over the silence of international humanitarian and human rights organizations, the international community, the UN General Assembly, the Security Council, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Arab League, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation regarding the ongoing events in Aden and the southern governorates.
The internationally recognized authorities, represented by the Presidential Leadership Council and its affiliated factions—including the Transitional Council—have become ticking time bombs that threaten peace and security in Aden, Bab al-Mandab, and beyond. The current authorities have established hundreds of Salafi-jihadist religious centers throughout urban and rural areas in the South, increasing the threat even further.
Accordingly, the Southern Revolutionary Movement Council calls for the formation of an international delegation to visit Aden and the southern governorates, inspect prisons operated by the Transitional Council militias—both public and secret—and engage with the families of detainees, the forcibly disappeared, and those who have been executed, in order to hear their testimonies firsthand.
